     Do you know that your skin does mirror your health, but we found many people suffer from skin problems and there does not know what is the method to get on a healthy skin

 By the way don’t worry you can know a lot of information about how you care on your skin and how you can get on healthy skin .

* Drink plenty of water as it helps us to clear our skin and flushing out toxins from our body.
* you should not sleep after 1 am every night as it makes your skin looks dull, unattractive and dry.

* You should  sleeping from 6 to 8 hours every day wish helps to maintain good health of skin.  
* you should use organic olive oil to moisturize your skin before sleep.
* you should  Eat much leafy vegetables and fruits to beautiful and healthy skin.
* you should use sunscreen lotion to protect your skin from direct sunlight which will lead to cause aging, damaged cells and create more skin problems
* Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol because there lead to destroy our vitamin C which lead to destroy our skin  and our health.
*    Meditation and do good sport are good relaxing practices which help to maintain good looking skin.
