After all terrible problems and all stress which we can met it in our day we want to get a better comfortable to can complete our life after this day . therefore sleeping is consider the most important thing in our life because it provided us the energy and give us the rest which we want need it in our life.
Therefore we should know all method to get on a comfortable sleeping , this is advice, this is advice can help you to get on a comfortable sleeping:
- you should be attention to what you eat and drink
you shouldn’t go to be either hungry or stuffed , do not drink plenty of water before go to bed to avoid got to bath room during sleeping and be attention you should avoid drink caffeine and alcohol which take hours to wear off.
- you should get limit daytime naps :
the right nab is from 10 to 30 minutes which help your body to repeat activity.
- you should manage your stress :
if you have too much to do you should manage your stress you should get organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Give yourself permission to take a break when you need one. Share a good laugh with an old friend, all of this help you to get a comfortable sleeping .
- you should create a ritual to your bedtime:
you should do every thing you do every night such as taking a warm bath or shower listening to soothing music with the lights dimmed .
-you should avoid using the TV or other electronic devices as part of your bedtime ritual.

you should go to bed and get up at the same time every day and do it on weekends, holidays and days off
