Ways to get ahealthy life

Its not impossible to get a healthylife , this post will help you to know much about your health life and what you do to get a healthy life in your day. 
Drink plenty of water , eat fresh fruits, fresh vegetables.. if you sank" try fruits with yogurt and nuts. Nuts is very important and very healthy for your body which contain proteins..  try not to eat meat too much and the meat you should eat should be (lean meet) such as steamed chicken or steamed fish with rice and vegetables ..

You should avoid all cokes, caffeine, smoking  and "fast food"as this type of food is very unhealthy , lacking in vitamins and has plenty of molecules which one gain weight.

You should go foe walk every morning or evening or when you get time each day for 1 hour . Make this a daily routine you will enjoy it once you get into it and you feel great after just walking for 1 hour or 2 hours.

When you do this you should lose at least 10 pounds per month ..10 ponds every months you ought to lose 60pounds for sure with healthy food beside vitamins , walking 1 hour or 2 hours every day and drink plenty of water ... this is a best way to lose weight naturally 

You should how to really make healthy meals ....buy a food steamer , rice cooker , healthy carbs and drink " green tea its very healthy and helps burn weight faster .
