 advices for health life

1- Drink plenty of water in the morning and less at night.
2- Do not drink coffee twice a day.
3-Reduce the amount of food cooked in oil.
4-Do not eat heavy meals after 5pm.
5- Do not take pills with cool water.
6-Best time of sleep from 10pm until 6am.
7- Do not lie down immediately after you take a medicine before bed time.
8-Sleep less than 8 hours affect your health.
 9-Reduce amount of tea.


  
  10-Do not eat bread, toasted.
  11- go away distance from Mobil phone charger.
  12-The best time of do sport every morning ,then if you can not you can run at 5pm to 8pm.
  13- do not answer your phone if the battery of it was dropped.
  14-Answer the phone to left ear to your brain.
  15-Do not use headphones or ear for long time.
  16- Rest your ear every hour.
